We know at The Griffin that no two weddings are ever the same and listening to your ideas and then turning your dreams into reality is what The Griffin do best. We understand that this is your wedding day and we want to make certain it is one you will always cherish.

As a venue we can cater for any style of wedding from intimate meals of up to 16 with your own stunning private room to large numbers of 140 for a seated meal which can be increased to 200 for your evening reception or buffets.

When you book your wedding at The Griffin at Plumtree:

Firstly
Contact us to confirm available dates. We will then happily provisionally reserve the date for you up to 2 weeks, by which point we will require a deposit to confirm your booking.

Then
We will then arrange a meeting to discuss all aspects and requirements for your big day, including menu choices, approximate numbers and the style of the wedding. Our head chef is on hand should you wish to discuss menus with him.

2 Weeks Before
We will arrange for a final meeting to ensure everyone is happy how arrangements are going and to discuss final numbers and menu choices.

The Day Before
We request that table plans, decorations, flowers and any other items you wish to have on the wedding day are brought to The Griffin so that we can get the room set up for you, ready for arrival.

On Your Big Day
Everyone can relax as the perfect planning will make your day a happy and memorable occasion. We do require that full payment is made on the day.
Set menus and buffet menus are available all year round.
